To enter without purchase, hand print your name, address, zip code, daytime phone number and birth date on a postcard, then mail your completed entry to: KEY FOOD/Chock full o’Nuts “Grocery Giveaway” Sweepstakes; P. O. Box 183, Fairfield, CT 06824. All entries submitted must be postmarked by 8/22/24 and received by 8/26/24. Each entry must be mailed separately and becomes the property of the sponsor. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.
DRAWING: Winner will be selected in random drawing on or about 8/26/24 from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail. If winner cannot be located or fails to claim prize (including returning signed prize claim documents required under Rule 3) within seven (7) days after delivery or attempted delivery of notification, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Upon forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
PRIZE/ODDS: Twenty (20) First Prizes: Each prize consists of one $25 Key Food Gift Card. Average Retail Value: $25 each. Total Retail Value: $500. All taxes and expenses not specifically listed in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries received. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release, where permitted, and return a Liability and Publicity Release where permitted. If winner is a minor under applicable state law, prize claim documents must be signed by parent or guardian.
